Q1 Questions regarding membership registration and cancellation
Is there any minimum membership period?
30 days minimum.
When I click the payment button an error occurs and I can't finish my registration.

How do I cancel my membership and when should I do so?
You must cancel your membership at least one day before your next rebill date to prevent an automatic charge.
During registration I filled in the wrong e-mail address, can I still correct it?
If you inadvertently input an incorrect e-mail address for yourself, please contact us immediately through our Customer Service Page. Otherwise, you will not be able to receive your ID and password.
Can I register by using my mobile phone e-mail address?
Yes, depending upon your carrier.
Right after I cancel my membership, how long am I still able to access the website?
You will still have access to 41ticket until your membership period expires.
Can I retract my membership cancellation?
We apologize for the inconvenience but please re-register from step one. The old password and user ID will no longer work.

Are there any additional charges?
Charges are based on the membership package that you chose, there are no additional fees.
Is there any sales tax?
There is no sales tax.
Will I be billed in Japanese Yen or U.S. Dollar?

When will my payment process? Are funds automatically withdrawn?
Once your payment is approved the funds are withdrawn immediately.
Which credit cards do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club and JCB.
Is there a wire transfer option?
Currently there is not a wire transfer option but there should be one in the future.
What if I want to change my registered credit card?
Please use the contact form and send us your ID and your registered e-mail address.
When will charges be applied to my credit card? Am I charged automatically each month?
The charge date will vary by which credit card you are using. Please contact your credit card holder. Until you cancel your membership you will be automatically charged until you cancel. If you no longer would like to be a member please cancel at least one day before your bill date. Please go to our Join Page to cancel your membership.
What billing name appears on my credit card statement?

What are the computer system requirements?
You will need a computer that's connected to the internet. (PC, Laptop)

What type of software is required to play the movie?

No.
What if the movie download is taking longer than expected?
Depending on time zone, the server or the network may be busy, so try downloading it on a different time zone. If you are running multiple software at once then it may take a while to download, so close all the running software first.
Why does media player buffering take so long?
The server or network may be busy. If it takes too long then try watching the video on a different time, or download the video.
Why can’t I download anymore?
Check if you are registered as member. If you still cannot download then there may be a problem with the internet connection.

If you are using firewall or antivirus software, they might be possibly blocking the download. Also check if the software you are using is being updated. If it is then stop the update, and see if you can download the movies.

There’s a big possibility of the internet connection not working well if you cannot view the site. If that’s the case then it’s recommend to check the internet service provider.
Why can’t I watch or download movies from Mac?
Macintosh does not support WMV format. If you are trying to view the WMV format file, then try the MP4 movie file.

If you are downloading a movie on Safari, right click on the mp4 button and hold until you see the menu. On the menu click the option [Download the link].
Can I use the site on mobile devices such as an iPhone or iPad?
You can view the MP4 movie file through iPhone and iPad.

If you are using Android, please use Firefox to stream the movies. For downloading movies, please use different browser besides Firefox.
Can I download a whole movie?
On the website we do not provide a dedicated downloader. If you use different downloading software from other sites it can slow down the server, and transfer error may occur so please refrain from using different program.
Can I still watch the movie I downloaded after I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can watch the movie you downloaded after the membership cancellation.
What video format should I download?
It depends on what type of software is installed on your mobile phone and computer. These are some of the different formats.

How do I clear cache and cookies from the browser?
For Internet Explorer (Windows)

Windows 7, 8, and Windows Vista
1. In order: Start, Control Panel, Network and Internet, Internet Option
2. Click on all tabs, Browsing history then delete.
3. Check Internet File and Cookie on the check box, and click ok. Check all of the information once more, then click ok.
4. Under internet file, click on the delete file.
5. On the dialogue box of delete file, check internet file, and cookie.
6. Click on OK twice.

For Safari (Macintosh)
1. Click empty the cash on the menu bar.
2. Check the message and click empty.
3. Click the preference on the menu bar.
4. Under the privacy tab click on deleting all the website data.
5. Check the message and delete.
6. Close Safari.
